Something of a secret garden, hidden away from view between Duddingston Loch and the slopes of Arthur's Seat, Drs Nancy and Andrew Neil grew and maintained this haven of artistic and literary inspiration. They truly brought the beauty of tamed wilderness to some historic and centuries-old architecture found in and around the garden, and a section of the grounds has become a gorgeous tribute to the late doctors.
