Our Edinburgh City Centre Serviced self-catering Apartment is located less than one mile from the High Street (Royal Mile) and within walking distance of the Castle and the city’s other historic tourist attractions. There are many restaurants and a small supermarket situated within a 4 minute walk. Private designated parking for one car.
The apartment is serviced daily from 11:00 am by the host.
Accommodation is for up to four people in one double and one double/twin (no children under 7yrs). The apartment is designed to offer the highest standard of comfort with a modern ambience that blends well with the high ceilings and room proportions of a converted Victorian property.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment consists of one twin room (two single beds) and two double rooms with king sized beds. One of the double rooms has en-suite facilities while the other double room/twin room share the family bathroom. The Apartment is let on an occupancy basis of a maximum of four people in either two double rooms or a double and a twin room.
Interior layout
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table for up to six people and a large sitting room with a triple and a double sofa.The apartment is wi-fi enabled.

Exterior
The apartment is located within a secure gated complex with dedicated parking spaces and direct access to the rear door of the accommodation. It retains many of the period features including the arched entrance to the secure parking area and communal garden. The apartment can also be accessed through a main door directly from Gilmore Place.
