Situated overlooking the South Inch Park, only minutes away from the city centre, bus and train stations makes it an ideal place to stay, whether it be for a brief overnight visit or a prolonged stay to visit the surrounding countryside and highlands. All The Townhouse’s rooms have been furnished to reflect a Georgian style with both traditional and antique furnishings, with modern amenities such as WiFi, Flat screen TV/DVD players Direct Dial phones and luxury bathroom fittings. All our rooms have been decorated to reflect a more traditional style with antique furnishings and modern amenities. Our antique furnished Deluxe Park View Rooms are all south facing overlooking the South Inch Park and offer over 30m2 of comfort. Our Traditional or Family Rooms are quiet, spacious and relaxing, furnished with either antique or more contemporary furnishings. These rooms have over 24m2 of comfort. The Deluxe Single Room situated at the top of the house and offers calm privacy and over 14m2 of comfort.

Cancellation.
All confirmed bookings must be guaranteed with a Credit or Debit card. Cancelled reservations 3 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of reserved nights will be debited.
Check-in and check-out.
Although all reservations must be guaranteed by supplying credit card details, no debits are made from your card prior to your arrival and you can pay for your stay any way that is convenient for you.
Cleaning.
The arrival time is between 3pm and 8pm.Though earlier or later arrivals can be accommodated with prior notice. Departures no later than 11am. If late check-out is required please request this the night prior to your departure and we will try and accommodate this if at all possible. We are happy to store luggage after or before these times by arrangement.
