Fiona is offering four light and spacious double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and views over the River Tay estuary. Located around 14 miles from Dundee and Perth, the gateway to the Highlands is the perfect place to explore Scotland and only an hour from Edinburgh. From stunning glens to beautiful beaches and a buzzing culture, Tayside is designed to surprise. Seasyde is the perfect place to stay whether you are exploring the countryside or experiencing the wide range of attractions and activities available across Perthshire. The newly opened V&A is only one of the many things to see and do in neighbouring Dundee. Home to the RRS Discovery and Verdant Works there is something exciting for all the family. the House has been beautifully decorated and Fiona will be sure to share all her local knowledge as well as offer you wonderful facilities. Guests get use of a fully fitted kitchen and the drawing room. Should you wish to bring children, they are welcome from the age of 6, if you wish to bring younger children please email me. Escape to this unique guest house and relax with one of our signature holistic treatments in our authentic Mongolian Yurt. Fiona offers an effective combination of holistic therapies and massage to treat all ages. Each treatment is tailored to your own needs ensuring you leave feeling relaxed, replenished and revitalised. Fiona is qualified in Holistic Massage, Hot Shell Massage, Indian Head Massage, EFT, Holistic Facials, Reflexology and Reiki.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the full value of your first night's stay if you cancel less 14 days before your date of arrival and we are unable to re-let the room. Payment for the total cost of your stay will be charged in the case of non-arrival.
