Reservations & cancellations No deposit is required and no charge is taken before the date of your stay. If a cancellation is made in writing or email 4 days prior to arrival then no charge will be made. If a cancellation is made within 4 days or a guest fails to arrive, then we will make every effort to re-let the room but if not successful then the first night's accommodation fee will be charged using the payment method given at the time of booking.
