This self-contained ground floor garden flat in Kindrochit House has stunning views over Loch Tay to Ben Lawers. It's a short walk across the fields down to the shore of the loch. Located between Killin and Kenmore on The Rob Roy Way/Cycle Route 7 in Ardtalnaig, it is an ideal stop over for walkers and cyclists. Alternatively stay for more than one night, explore the area and book some outdoor adventure activities through our business WildFox Events Ltd such as kayaking and bike hire. Bike and Kayak hire bookable in advance. The flat has a twin room, extra-large power shower and a sheltered outdoor space with seating. The flat has a fridge, microwave, and kettle. There are no shops in Ardtalnaig so you need to make a plan in advance - either to bring provisions, book dinner at the nearby hotel at Ardeonaig or travel 15 minutes into Kenmore where there is a choice of dining options, a village shop, and a deli.

Things to know

Cancellation.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the value of your first night stay if you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date if we are unable to re-let the room.

 

Check-in and check-out.

By arrangement but usually check-in is after 4pm and check-out by 10am.

 

Cleaning.

The flat consists of the lower ground floor of our family home. It has private access. Being on a farm prevents us from allowing pets to stay as we already have dogs and there are livestock nearby. The flat is no smoking.
