Kescoweth a warm, friendly family run bed and breakfast. Set high up in the county of Angus. Views of the stunning countryside are just laid out before you. Our Bed and Breakfast offers a comfortable stay to leaving you relaxed and replenished whether on holiday, working or following country pursuits.
We are located within forty minutes of Glamis, Dunottar and Crathes Castles, each having their own unique Scottish History. Stirling Castle is a very pleasant hour and half drive away with the Wallis Monument close by. Just thirty minutes away you can find yourself in the Angus Glens with their amazing scenery, walks and wildlife. Visit the folk museum or arrange a tour with Glen Esk Tours maximising the opportunity of seeing some of Scotlands finest flora, fauna and wildlife and on the the way there visit the Fettercairn distillary boasting some of the finest whisky.
The Fishing town of Arbroath with it's historic Abbey and picturesque harbour is close by. Take a trip on the Arbroath Sea Safari with the dolphins swimming beside you see puffins, comorants Razor Bills and many other of sea birds. The Montrose Basin and St. Cyrus both notable nature reserves are just a moment away. Edinburgh just a hour and thirty minutes train ride away making Kescoweth an option for the fun packed Edinburgh Festival. These are just a handful of places to visit that are within easy reach.
